Chicken and Rice

1 cup rice
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup water
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix the above in an 11x7 pan. Set 4-6 boneless chicken breasts (or tenders) in the pan. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top and cook uncovered in 350 oven for up to 60 minutes, uncovered.
